A White over document (or “OWN”), as you can see, is a collection of answers to any question you put on the website. We call it a “write over document” because it is a document containing answers to any questions you have. A “OWN” can be found in “My Answer” at the lower right of every page, like the question mark icon in the lower right corner. For example, if you have a folder named “test.doc”, but only one document, say “test.docx”, in that folder, you can create a White Over document from it and then use the content from that document as you create more files. To create a White Over document: Open the “File” menu. Yes. You can create to Write Over file from the contents of a sub-folder of a document, but don't use the document as source material in the new Write Over. Yes. Yes. You can turn off Write Over by navigating to File>Edit>Properties and unchecking the “Enable writing over documents” checkbox..
